Hi! My name is Jesus’ Godinez, Jr. I am the founder and CEO of Kinergy Consulting Solutions, LLC. My compassion, courage, and drive as a Coach are rooted in my personal experiences. I love seeing people succeed, thrive, and live into all they were created to be both personally and professionally. I believe in connecting one’s natural giftedness so they can operate under the best version of themselves in all facets of their lives. 

For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed helping others navigate challenges, tap into their potential, and offering perspective. I see in others what they don’t see in themselves. I’ve been tapping into my intuition since a very young age (I’m an ESTJ, according to Myers-Briggs) and see patterns in behavior and how things are connected. 

As a coach and with over a decade of experience in helping men and women, I take a faith-based approach, to teach you how to go from feeling anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed to feeling bold and confident to live the life God created just for you.

My diverse education and my complimentary mix of experience in various industries, coaching & facilitation provides me with a unique ability to develop innovative solutions to help you reach your full potential while embracing numerous growth moments. Holding degrees in Psychology and graduate degree in Business, as well as other graduate degrees, I can offer you the depth of knowledge that is grounded in sound scientific research and real-world experience. 

I am a credentialed as a Life and EI Coach as well as a Myers-Briggs (I and II) Practitioner. I am also an EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Certification. The MHS EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Certification ® is one of the world’s most widely used emotional intelligence tests. Emotional intelligence skills are critical for building relationships and teams, resolving conflict, solving problems, leading effectively, and building resilience.
